As the Workday Analyst, you will be responsible for solving business challenges through enhancing and manipulating our HRIS - Workday and other integrated systems. It will be your role to create and execute on People Operations initiatives that will drive results for our organization. This will require you to think creatively, provide and leverage data to drive People Operations strategy, challenge convention, and in some cases to reinvent how work is done. It will require you to roll up your sleeves and dig in.


Responsibilities


In this role, you will be a strategic partner to the People? (HR & Recruiting) and Payroll teams, as well as the other stakeholders. Specifically, you will be accountable for:


Own relationship with Workday maintenance consulting company and partner on project management


Provide ongoing support of Workday to include maintenance of existing modules, coding & testing of new features and system enhancements


Ensure responsible and efficient management of third party service providers that service our HRIS


Provide top notch customer service to employees and managers across the organization


Be main point of contact for all HRIS data analysis and reporting


Provide learning materials for employees and managers on self-service components of Workday


Build effective relationships with all internal stakeholders, to include Engineering, Finance and Legal

What You Should Already Have


2+ years of strong experience maintaining and upgrading Workday systems


Comfortable coding & testing ongoing upgrades to Workday systems


Experience managing and troubleshooting on-boarding, performance reviews, benefits administration, compensation plans and payroll processing within Workday


Ability to support People Operations' reporting needs; analyze data to ensure quality


Experience managing relationships with consultants or outside vendors


Self starter who can adapt to needs of our ever-changing organization


A successful track record of strong project management skills and high level of attention to detail


Passionate about working with data


Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills


Strong customer service mindset


Bachelor's degree or equivalent


Preferred qualifications


Experience maintaining systems that support complex organizations


Expertise in maintaining, troubleshooting, and/or building Workday integrations


Knowledge of multi-state HR compliance; international HR compliance a plus


Desire to grow a career in people analytics
