Wells Fargo has a new opportunity for an International Portfolio Leader who will work with the Head of the Wholesale PMO to build out and support the International PMO group.
This includes building and maintaining the appropriate program management infrastructure and staffing model to meet the needs of the international regions and serving as a trusted partner, providing strategic thinking for stakeholders and partners and leadership for Wholesale PMO team members executing against regional projects and programs,
Responsibilities Include:
  • The International Portfolio Leader will manage the regional portfolio of projects in Wholesales strategic planning and project prioritization regimes and be accountable for the governance, execution, reporting, and financial management of regional projects.
  • Developing trusted partnerships with regional leadership and senior management relating to all Wholesale projects in regions to manage and ensure delivery and execution of the holistic portfolio of approved (in Enterprise Investment Optimization) projects in regions. This leader will support regional leaders and stakeholders in partnership with other Group PMOs across the Enterprise by serving as a primary PMO point of contact where possible. This leader will be responsible for partnering with other group PMOs to deliver against projects impacting the regions.
  • The Portfolio leader will ensure that all Wholesale Investment Optimization approved and prioritized initiatives that are relevant to the international regions and regional businesses and / or are connected with business conducted in the regions are aligned to the Wholesale and regional Strategies. The Portfolio leader is responsible to ensure all Wholesale project/program components are fulfilled including ideation, prioritization, approval, delivery and execution and ROI and that all work is prioritized and governed according to EPMO standards, including:
    • Aligning all project resources to projects approved, tracked and monitored under the Wholesale and Enterprise IO governance processes
    • Properly forecasting and managing human capital resources for all areas of Project Management, Operations, Technology and Product Management resources required for approved projects, in conjunction with support partner and regional leaders.
    • Ensuring projects are managed consistently, following the same processes, rigor and discipline with all aspects of project delivery including business cases, project management methodology, tools, and post implementation reviews
    • Accountable for enforcement of the enterprise project management policy and related methodology, project standards, enterprise tools
    • Conducting post implementation reviews
    • Governing and optimizing project management related talent management activities including sourcing, recruiting, and talent development.
