Wells Fargo Digital Technology group is seeking a Technology Manager with web security background that has responsibilities to manage Authentication Services. The manager will manage a team providng single sign-on services via Commercial Electronic Office Portal and Wholesale Common Authentication to Wells Fargo Business customers.

As a Technology Manager, you will be expected to provide oversight and leadership to authentication platforms such as CA SiteMinder and Ping Federation, and you will strive to manage the team to have a strong focus on supporting secure, highly scalable and available web and mobile applications. You will be expected to utlize previous authentication experience to plan, execute and maintain road map for upgrade of these services and integrations with web applications in alignment with Enterprise standards.

As a technology leader within the Digitial Technology group, you will work closely with the Business, Application, Infrastructure and Middleware administration teams to make sure that the authentication services scale and perform according to the Business SLAs established while supporting parallel releases and enhancements.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of technology experience3+ years of leadership or management experience, in an IT environment

Desired Qualifications

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to interact with all levels of an organization

Other Desired Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of experience in implementation of Enterprise authentication solutions (CA Siteminder experience helpful). Previous experience leading the implementation of complex initiatives and enhancements while minimizing risk to end customers. Minimum of 5+ years of experience planning technology strategy for customer facing web initiatives and leading technology teams towards common business objectives. Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining strong relationships with various Channel and Business partners Minimum of 5+ experience with high-availability multi data center infrastructure topologies. Good Knowledge of Identity Management, SAML and federation services. Should have knowledge of industry trends and ability to interface with service groups to understand customer requirements. Experience utilizing technical experience to evaluate systems specifications, participate in continuous performance tuning and scalability activities, determines and implements the most efficient and cost-effective software/package solution. Ability to set direction for team of Engineers and Support resources across the world in coordination with multiple partners on large channel wide initiatives.
