The Capital Markets Platform Team is looking for a Support Engineer for Web Technologies with expertise in administration of WebSphere or JBoss EAP and products like IBM BPM / jBPM / RHPAM / ODM. These positions will provide support for a shared platform of either IBM BPM or jBPM/RHPAM and related Technologies in each case.

Will include tasks like support for lower and production regions, installation, configuration, code deployment, tuning and troubleshooting with the applications and related http web servers used by multiple application teams. Will be involved with expansions and tech refreshes including designing and testing multiple tier servers to meet growth or user requirements and ensuring the existing systems are not impacted. Consults with internal and external teams on design, planning, integration, implementation, scalability, problem definition and resolution the of the supported platforms involving the interrelated demands of hardware, software, security and control.

Will work closely with Application Development, QA, DevOps, OSE, DBA and planner teams to provide best in class support for the platform and in tasks like capacity planning, adding more servers etc. Develops new documentation and participates in the development of technical procedures. Analyzes performance statistics and determines hardware and communication tools needed to support projected transaction volumes, response time and system availability targets. Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and participates in the updating and testing of the business continuation plan.

Responsibilities include:

Provide Platform support for Production and lower environments. Work on Automating and scripting all aspects of platform management using various DevOps tools like Urban Code, Jenkins as needed. Monitor system runtime performance. Build new Environments and expand capacity as required. Work with application owners and application support teams to help resolve issues. Involved with automation of and deploying code into various environments. Ensure compliance with Wells Fargo Technology standards. Ensure all vulnerabilities found on the platform are fixed on time. Work with external vendors like IBM and Redhat to troubleshoot issues with products supported. Will support these application transitioning them to cloud based hosting using Kubernetes, OpenShift etc. Also responsible for Product Upgrades, Capacity & Performance Management, Monitor & Tune Platform Usage, Benchmark Performance Testing, Core Integrations , Access & Security and Infrastructure Support.Required Qualifications

7+ years of web systems environments experience5+ years of web applications experience5+ years of UNIX experience

Web application installations, upgrades, and deployment experienceExperience with servers or systems that support/host web applications5+ years of WebSphere experienceExperience with the installation, configuration and implementation or administration of Jboss Application Server3+ years of IBM BPM experience3+ years of Perl or Shell experienceJava experience

Other Desired Qualifications 3+ years of Java Business Process Management (jBPM) experience IBM BPM 8.0/8.5 Administration. jBPM / RHPAM Administration. Expert in troubleshooting Issues including performance, memory leaks etc. Knowledge of at least one Webserver like Apache HTTP or IHS server and its integration with WebSphere or JBoss. Experience with cloud technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift etc. Experience with Administration of IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM).Street Address
