Wells Fargo Enterprise Quality Engineering (EQE) is accountable for strategy, standards, execution and governance driving a quality culture across the company. The WIM (Wealth and Investment Management) Test Domain provides testing services for all phases of testing supporting Wealth, Brokerage, Retirement and Trust applications.

The Integrated Functional Testing team is looking for a QA Analyst responsible for test planning, execution and functional testing of the Wealth Compensation and Compliance application suite. This is a key role on a strategic and highly visible team which is supporting the EQE vision and direction as well as current baseline and project activities for specific Wealth Compensation and Compliance applications. In this position the candidate is expected to work independently, innovate, and continue to enhance existing QA practices. Additionally, this role acts as a liaison between various teams, to oversee all testing deliverables and activities, provide test reporting and metrics, and ensure process and methodology alignment to enterprise test standards. Additional QA Analyst responsibilities include:

Required Qualifications

7+ years of information technology quality assurance and systems/application testing experience7+ years of testing or quality assurance experience2+ years of experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements2+ years of experience with one or more Agile tools used for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as VersionOne or Team Foundation Server (TFS)2+ years of experience leading the requirement design process with both technical and business partners2+ years of testing or quality assurance experience2+ years of experience drafting use cases and test scripts

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge and understanding of creating test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, and expected resultsExperience with various types and levels of testing (e.g., unit, integration, and system testing)Test planning and executing experience in systems such as: Test Tool, Quality Center, or ClearQuestKnowledge and understanding of Quality Center/ALM, Quick Test Professional and ClearQuestKnowledge and understanding of project management and implementation in a QA testing environmentKnowledge and understanding of technology testing: creation of test plans and test scenariosExperience creating and executing test scriptsKnowledge and understanding of offshore operations processesKnowledge and understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) testing: regression, stress, integration, and load testing1+ year of HP ALM experienceKnowledge and understanding of technical documentation: requirements, writing test scripts and executing test scripts Strong root cause analysis skillsKnowledge and understanding of AgileKnowledge and understanding of technology testing: automation and data automation Web applications experienceKnowledge and understanding of Selenium software testing frameworkA BA/BS degree or higher in business or financeAbility to analyze network capacity reports and make recommendations for changesAbility to mentor and train less senior staffAbility to effectively assess stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting, building solutions, and developing processesKnowledge and understanding of automated testingSuperior project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrentlyFinancial services experienceExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsOutstanding problem solving and decision making skillsExperience analyzing data for quality assurance and project requirementsSDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience

Other Desired Qualifications Experience partnering with Automation and Performance testing teams while also participating in ongoing automated performance benchmarking activities that ensure good user experience Utilizes technical and functional knowledge of applications and enterprise standards to evaluate and resolve complex testing risks/issues and manages through resolution Experience supporting Wealth Compensation and compliance applications for all projects and Technical, Business team collaboration Experience with distributed version control a plus Experience with SQA methodologies with experience developing and executing comprehensive test suites. Demonstrated ability to understand complex test environments and configurations Experience in defect tracking, reporting, and metrics for testing Job Expectations

Flexibility to frequently be on call beyond normal working hoursAbility to travel up to 10% of the time
