Vice President Inside Sales - ESI


To ensure delivery of excellent service through:

- Accomplish regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, onboarding, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling and disciplining associates in assigned territories.

- Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.

- Achieve Barcelona Inside Sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.

- Preparing and completing action plans; determining sales system improvements; implementing change.

- Development and maintenance of comprehensive plan for Barcelona Inside Sales team activity including pipeline and productivity. Will also manage both quota and non-commercial objectives for all individuals/team.

- Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for territories in support of Barcelona Inside Sales business unit objectives.

- Expand the ADP client base through District Managers building and identifying new customer opportunities.

- Management of all active sales processes within the Barcelona Inside sales team, ensuring co-ordination of company resource in an optimal and effective manner in support of these processes.

KEY TASKS: Day to day management of Barcelona Inside Sales team through:

- Using ADP processes for: Managing disciplinary and grievance procedures; managing absence and leave; managing recruitment and induction and conducting appraisals and one to ones

- Work and resource planning including setting and monitoring deadlines, collecting, analysing and reporting on metrics

- Setting clear performance objectives, monitoring performance and giving feedback

- Analysing individual strengths, identifying training needs and creating development plans.

- Identifying talent, developing and supporting high potential individuals

- Implementing and managing change

- Managing and monitoring compliance against Corporate and Spain requirements

- To manage sales opportunities through direct reports

- To liaise closely with the DVP of Inside Sales in pursuance of a consistent approach to sales/product/commercial strategy.

- Will submit the relevant management reports in a timely manner including up to date forecasting information

- Manage a team of directs, sales leaders

Knowledge required:

· Will have acquired an in-depth knowledge of commercial/sales issues preferably within a payroll/HR software and service environment.

· Educated to degree level. Proven relevant experience may be taken in lieu of formal qualifications.
· Will have proven track record in Sales Management, inside sales management experience also preferred
· Must be able to demonstrate a minimum 3 years Sales Leadership experience & extensive direct selling experience, preferably within a Payroll/HR software and service environment
