Our client in Austin, Texas is looking to fill a 3 month contract to hire position for a Tier II Help desk position. This person will be providing troubleshooting and configuration support for the clients desktop and networking environment.


Requirements



  • 2+ years Help Desk experience
  • Active Directory, Microsoft Experience
  • Cisco and IP Telephony
  • AV experience preferred
  • Understanding of LAN/WAN protocol
