Job Description:


Position: Tier II End User Support / Systems Admin


Tentative Start Date: ASAP


Description:


This resource supports by providing remote and onsite technical support. Most of the work will be done out of the Admin Center, but occasionally, this resource will need to be able to travel to any site within Fulton County. Mileage will be reimbursed. Tickets are assigned by the help desk or management. Status updates must be made to management on a daily basis. Will also need to work on the help desk and other projects if needed.


Requirements:


3 - 5 years of experience providing excellent desktop support


3 - 5 years of experience troubleshooting and OS imaging on Windows 7


1 - 2 years of experience working in a helpdesk environment


Experience with ticketing systems and managing tickets


Familiar with Active Directory and remote desktop tools


Desirable software deployment experience


Advanced workstation and printer network connectivity troubleshooting skills (including wireless)


Good communication skills


Able to work well with others and management


Customer focused


Able to work independently


Able to learn and apply from technical training


Reliable transportation


Must pass MVR background check


Must pass criminal background check


What's Important/Key Skills:


Looking for someone with Desktop skills, LAN, Windows XP and 7/10 operating systems, including Mac and iOS


Additional Skills for this position include:


Microsoft Office Suite experience


Networking skills a must in order to troubleshoot printers and network drops.


They will need to be able to provide the manager updates on a timely basis and able to record all their work in the form of tickets.


They are re-imbursed by client for all their mileage - they fill out an expense report for client and then turn it into us.


MCSE is Highly Preferred


Microsoft Office Certification is Ideal
