Responsible for the customer service for all components and systems pertaining to Product Link.


-Provide global Telematics/Product Link Product Support for existing and next gen Tier 2 hardware through the use of DSN (Dealer Solution Network) /Salesforce Dealer portals.


-This includes, but not limited to, developing the new telematics dealer training materials, assisting in the development of the DSN tools & processes and creating and validating the new telematics dealer publications.


-Take in requests from Dealer tickets


-Identify issues that may be related to the design or software teams to evaluate


-Provide technical information for the product problem resolution process.


-Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to provide a solution


-Excellent communication skills and customer focus


- Experience with Microsoft office suites


-Software Knowledge a plus
