A client of ours in San Antonio, Texas is looking for Tier 1/2 Help Desk Analyst for a 3 month contract opportunity.

Qualified candidates will have the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience with a mid to high volume, technically complex help desk utilizing the following Windows OS (2000 Pro, XP, Windows 7)
  • 2+ years experience in user password management and administration within Windows AD
  • Proficiency with MS Office Applications (Office 2010 2013)
  • Solid Knowledge of hardware and laptop equipment
  • Experience with LAN/WAN implementations and troubleshooting
  • Experience with e-mail systems- Exchange (2013 preferred)
  • Experience with remote access
  • Certification in at least one technical area and/or degree
