Your Role and Responsibilities
The IBM Technical Support Services Digital Sales Manager -SPGI is responsible for the Digital Sales route to market for the IBM TSS business in the SPGI region (Spain, Portugal, Greece, Israel) as well as the leadership of a Digital Sales team. Responsibilities include:
Leading the Digital Sales team to drive overall signings and revenue across TSS. This includes responsibility to facilitate Digital Sales execution and hiring programs
Digital Sales Strategy drive the TSS Business strategy in SPGI to increase revenue YtY by driving the team to retain business and identify, develop and close net new business. Maintain strong relationship with SPGI Brand Stakeholders.
Establish a results oriented culture and drive performance across the spectrum of Digital Sales. Manage direct personnel and support growth requirements for Digital Sales in SPGI. Establish clear education and skills development plans.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Fluent Spanish speaker
3 + years of Sales leadership experience & can demonstarte the ability to successfully manage a Digital Sales team
Must have proven ability to create Digital Sales strategies and develop potential solutions to address issues, position the IBM value propositions with the client
Excellent client interaction and relationship building skills with ability to work both middle and executive management.
Excellent oral and written communications skills, organization and teaming skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Basic requirements of the ideal candidate will include a University Degree matched to post-graduate education, including relevant certifications in the Cloud domain as preferential.
