Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargos infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.

Note: This position can sit in any core Wells Fargo location or telecommute but Charlotte, NC is preferred.

We have a new opportunity for a Technology Relationship Manager 2 (TRM2) role on the Cyber Security team within the Cyber Threat Management group and will share responsibility in supporting the team in several areas, specifically project and process workflow, project management, and validation testing initiatives. This key position will facilitate the coordination of findings follow-up and subsequent validation testing between the Offensive Security Research Team and IT/Line of Business leaders, along with other CTM Project Requirements. The role will manage a portfolio of engagement reports and validation efforts across Lines of Business, providing ongoing status and tracking to Cyber Threat Management leadership. The position will be responsible for identifying trends and strategic opportunities that require escalation to risk leadership. The TRM will become an ambassador for the Offensive Security Research Team to one or more lines of business, building trust and relationships that benefit both parties. The role will maintain regular contact with the ISL, ISC Managers, ISCs, and technology contacts for the lines of business they support. The TRM will work to educate partners, ensuring that they understand the testing and validation process, as well as the findings and recommendations identified by this activity. This role will be accountable for refining workflows, processes, and documenting the status that supports validation testing management initiatives. The position will support large-scale enterprise technical projects with high visibility and will help build the relationship between the business lines and other EIS teams.This position will help provide crucial metrics associated with our validation testing process and will analyze those metrics in order to identify areas of improvement for enhancing the testing process for CTM and the enterprise. The TRM will also assist CTM Leadership with Audit Responses, and will participate in the tracking and management of MRA deliverables.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technology delivery and relationship management experience with a client organization
  • 2+ years of vendor management experience
  • 2+ years of process definition and documentation experience
  • 2+ years of process design or improvement experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Relationship management experience delivering technology services between one or more internal technology organizations and medium-sized internal lines of business
  • Knowledge and understanding of penetration testing
  • 1+ year of Network experience
  • 1+ year of Linux experience
  • 1+ year of Server experience
  • 1+ year of Information Security reporting and analysis experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of banking or financial services industry
  • Ability to discuss information security risks at a detailed technical level
  • Knowledge and understanding of information security policies and control standards governing network security products/tools
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management

Other Desired Qualifications
  • 1+ year of vulnerability assessment experience
  • 1+ year of remediation project experience
  • Ability to understand technical details for projects in order to partner with vendors and engineering teams to ensure delivery of services.
  • Awareness and understanding across multiple information security domains.
  • 2+ years of Project Management working with multiple lines of business on a large scale remediation project.
  • Ability to work with workflow and reporting tools such as Jira and FETT.
  • Ability to travel 10% or more of the time
  • Position Hours: Monday - Friday (as early as 7 am and as late as 6 pm).
