Job Description

New position to manage the implementation and production support of the Enterprise wide Data Transmission service. This role will have responsibility to run the implementation of new transmission interfaces between hundreds of internal applications and thousands of external end points. It will also be responsible to manage the migration and conversion of several legacy technologies into the standard services offered. Level two support for transmission activity if also managed within this services area.

Technologies supported include Connect:Enterprise, Secure Transport, Connect:Direct, Secure Proxy, Blue Coat proxy, and Control Center. This position also supports the main interface to both internal partners, and external customers for file transmission set up and support.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of technology experience
  • 5+ years of management experience in an IT environment
  • 5+ years of file transfer methodology experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • 3+ years of SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Internet security protocol experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology server: file encryption technology, encryption key management and information security policies
  • Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology governance risk and compliance processes such as; policies, control standards, risk management concepts, or information security
  • A BS/BA degree or higher

Job Expectations

  • Flexibility to address incidents as needed 24 hours a day
