Job Description

This position will lead a team accountable for engineering, management and support for DNS, DHCP, IPAM and NTP enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities include system management; project planning; resource planning; oversight for technical and organizational change management; adherence to enterprise standards; and application support.

Sustainment of large service platform including 100s appliances through an active program to maintain current operating code and hardware platforms; provides tactical planning; analyzes business/technology workflow problems; maintains a strong working relationship with 3rd party infrastructure providers.

Responsible for leading ITAM and SACM practices for asset management, platform security, configuration management and patching for critical enterprise platforms. Responsible for timely and effective security and performance vulnerability remediation.

Responsible for managing internal and 3rd party vendor solutions and well as premier support relationships.

Provides solutions for complex production support issues; develops and maintains service offerings; maintains positive working relationships internal technology partners and technology platforms leaders.

Results Driven: Proven experience working within a challenging risk-adverse environment. Demonstrate the ability to identify and articulate risks to the environment. Demonstrated effectiveness with work on compliance related deliverables.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of technology experience
  • 3+ years of leadership or management experience, in an IT environment
  • 10+ years of experience working in a large enterprise network organization

Other Desired Qualifications
  • 5 + years of technology infrastructure management experience
  • Experience managing and/or supporting DNS, DHCP, IPAM and NTP enterprise solutions
