Join the Service and Relationship Management (SRM) Team as a Technology Manager responsible for managing a team of Service Managers and Data Analysts ( 15 total team + contractors) in the successful and efficient delivery of ETI products and services to the Enterprise data and voice network environment. This leader will have oversight, guidance, and escalation support for a highly visible portfolio of Service Management supported work including large network efforts which include Project Phoenix, Enterprise Patching Program, FWAM Simplification, NPIC (Network Perimeter Inventory Control), THR (Technology Health Refresh), and other Network Currency efforts.

This Service Management leadership position will interact with a variety of ETI partners to deliver on strategies as well as efficient and consistent process and tooling in support of the portfolio. This position will be responsible for developing, maintaining and sharing KPIs and metrics that deliver the business intelligence needed to effectively manage the work of the team. This resource will also be responsible to ensure solid business relationships are maintained with our business and technical partners.

Because the Service Management team provides support to a 24x7 domestic and International production environment, there could be potential for contact after hours.

Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

  • Deliver on strategies, KPIs/metrics to ensure that the team is operating as optimally as possible
  • Ensure successful delivery of the team project portfolio (oversight, guidance and escalation support)
  • Frequent (Monthly/Quarterly) Performance Management Conversations and Documentation
  • Plan and Deliver Annual Focal Review and Development Planning
  • Ensure strong and consistent adherence to established Service Management disciplines and controls on supported efforts
  • Ensure teams priorities are in alignment with EIT Technology Prioritization Strategies
  • AU Management and accurate and timely forecasting
  • Vigilant review of Access Management
  • Build and nurture strong partner relationships and interact effectively with all levels of the Enterprise
  • Manage staff acquisitions and retention
  • Support key EIT initiatives and ensure a strong connection to those for all team members
  • Create an environment where team members feel empowered to be Risk Managers and are highly engaged and well supported so they can be successful in their day to day work.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of technology experience
  • 2+ years of leadership or management experience, in a technology environment
  • 2+ years of Network experience
  • 2 + years of experience gathering business requirements from various sources including end-users and stakeholders

Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • 5+ years of Network experience
  • 2+ years of data analysis experience
  • Experience developing operational reporting and performing complex data analysis
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Experience developing reports and metrics
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations

Other Desired Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience leading cross functional teams & interacting effectively w/variety of contacts including mid-senior level managers (project management/relationship management)
  • 2+ years of experience in technical project management
