About Wells Fargo EGS (India) Private Limited

We are hiring for a position in Wells Fargo EGS (India) Private Limited.
We are a critical component of the Wells Fargo strategy to leverage distinct advantages of a global environment.
Currently we are 12000+ strong team members with 3 locations (Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad) in India and 1 center in Manila.


Role Summary and Purpose

Responsible for resolving issues faced by the application users in Customer Due Dilgence application outside US time zone within service level agreements
Responsible for managing releases in CDD application which is inclusive of application updates, middleware / operating system patches and security improvements and in DEV/TEST and PRODUCTION environments
o Produce and maintain knowledge base to troubleshoot application issues and provide workarounds
o Collaborate with dev team to perform root cause for incident and undertake minor but critical enhancements
o Provide inputs to the Business team to prioritize fixes to recurring issues
o Analyze application issues resulting from bad data and work with appropriate support teams to take corrective action
o Forward planning of the release cycle and release window including creation, review and approval for game plan / implementation plan
o Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone reviews and Business Go/No-Go reviews
o Communicate release details and schedules to the Business as required
o Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time and that they meet or exceed expectations
o Produce Deployment, Run Books and Implementation Plans
o Continually work toward improvements in the release management and production support process
o Manage risks and resolves issues that affect scope, schedule and quality
o Provide direction, guidance and coaching to less experienced team members

Mandatory Skills

Bachelor degree or equivalent in computer science / engineering
10+ years of progressive experience in production support
2+ years of release management experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent liaison, relationship skills (to collaborate with and support technology/business partners)
Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion

Desired Skills

Knowledge in IBM BPM tools such as Process Designer, Integration Designer
Knowledge in Informatica/ETL and Oracle DB
Knowledge in reviewing Splunk/Dynatrace dashboards
