Job Description

This is a Technology Manager 2 position under Technology Services in Integrated Operations. This position will be responsible for leading and managing a geographically dispersed team of engineers within the Network Management Center (NMC). Accountable for network break/fix related to Small Admin locations, partnering with other technology teams to drive incident resolution and communicating impacting incidents to multiple levels of management. Initial triage and troubleshooting of incidents related to network infrastructure across the global footprint and escalation to the appropriate support team is another key responsibility for this position. Duties also include staff management and development, process and procedure improvement, project involvement, staying abreast of supported/incoming technologies and periodic on-call responsibilities. There are no travel requirements for this position and this is not a telecommute position. The non-standard work schedule for this position is as follows and it is subject to change based on business needs.

Wednesday 11:00 AM ET - 7:00 PM ET

Thursday 07:00 AM ET - 7:00 PM ET

Friday 07:00 AM ET - 7:00 PM ET

Saturday 11:00 AM ET - 7:00 PM ET

Required Qualifications

5+ years of technology experience1+ year of management or leadership experience, in a technology environment5+ years of information technology experience2+ years of supervisory or management experience3+ years of operations experience
