Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargos more than 70 million global customers.

Human Resources has launched an end to end transformation program called NEXT HR and as part of that we are looking for a Technology Initiatives Manager. This position will be responsible for partnering with the key business and technology leaders to drive all activities, including planning, and implementation of key deliverables for technology development, testing and deployment.

The Technology Initiatives Manager will be responsible for delivering results through direct reports, matrix management or contractor/vendor management, as applicable. The technology initiatives leaders will be 100% accountable for all commitments. The HR technology senior leaders will have shared accountability for ensuring solutions are designed, integrated and controlled to improve effectiveness, deliver business value, create efficiencies and deliver on all timelines.

The TIM is a senior leader who must work well with ambiguity in a rapid-paced environment. Superior relationship building skills with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization is crucial.

Responsibilities include:

Play a key role in formulating and executing the overall strategy for key program initiatives and develop plans and work programs, timelines, risk assessments, and other planning documents Establish strong relationships with Initiative leaders, internal and external partners, and senior executives across business units to establish enterprise objectives and gain organizational alignment Assist in driving daily progress of engagement work and informing WF Technology leadership of initiative status Leads HR Service Delivery agile teams to design, configure and implement the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solution Works closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that test plans and scripts meet customer needs. Works with developers and business partners to understand application defects, performance problems and data anomalies. Drives requirements and design discussions in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Required Qualifications

12+ years of technology experience5+ years of strategic planning in a technology environment3+ years of leadership experience in a technology environment5+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise wide information technology solutions 5+ years of technology delivery and relationship management experience with small and large business units in a large corporate environment3+ years of HR systems experience (e.g. PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP or Workday)2+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow

Desired Qualifications

Experience managing large or multiple technology development efforts within a major line of businessAbility to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior managementExperience in one or more of the following HR disciplines: talent development, talent management, compensation, recognition, performance management, diversity and inclusion, employee relations, team member engagement and retention, organizational design/development, executive coaching or staffing and recruitingKnowledge and understanding of HR technology solutions, products and requirementsAgile experienceAbility to effectively partner and influence at the executive levelStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyAdvanced problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilitiesExperience articulating a complex problem, design, or build strategyAbility to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locationsAdvanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

Other Desired Qualifications 3+ years of HR SaaS implementation experience with Workday.Job Expectations
