We are seeking to hire a CRM Technology Initiatives Manager for driving our CRM initiatives across the bank as part of Wells Fargos Strategic Services Technology group. We are building one of the largest Salesforce implementations in Financial Services as well as several key implementations to address the needs across the Wells Fargo and help our bankers better services our customers. These applications are built on the Salesforces financial service cloud (FSC) platform and Sales and Service cloud using lightning components as well as Microsoft Azure and will be integrated into all the main banking SORs to help modernize the platform for Bankers to better service our customers across channels. This role will focus on helping build out the teams and turn SalesForce into a true technology development platform including integration into source control and a fully automated CI/CD experience. Our group develops on the latest CRM and Cloud technologies using best in class enterprise CI/CD tools.

Responsibilities include:

Acts in the highest level technical role as an individual contributor and/or team lead for the most complex computer applications and/or application initiatives. Utilizes a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs. Works on the most complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variance factors. Plans, performs, and acts as the escalation point for the most complex platform designs, coding, and testing. Leads most complex multiple modeling, simulations, and analysis efforts. Leads development of the next generation of CI/CD with the SalesForce platform. Helps Build out Agile scrum teams with SalesForce expertise to oversee development across multiple agile teams Leads in building out training program for keeping the SalesForce and integration team current with the full SalesForce technology stack.Required Qualifications

12+ years of technology experience5+ years of strategic planning in a technology environment3+ years of leadership experience in a technology environment6+ years of Salesforce experience10 + years of experience in architecture, development, implementation or support of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Systems in a financial services environmentA BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology

Desired Qualifications

Experience managing large or multiple technology development efforts within a major line of businessAbility to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management9+ years of Salesforce experienceExperience with one or a combination of the following cloud platform applications: AWS, Google Drive, Salesforce, Azure, or Dropbox5+ years of Agile experienceExperience designing and developing learning for complex technology systems and processes including Agile development methodology environmentsAbility to consult at the highest technical level on design: planning, integration, implementation, scalability, and problem definition

Other Desired Qualifications Solid understanding of lightning components Solid understanding of Salesforce standard objects and business processes around them Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and code coverage Understanding in AppExchange, App Development and Package Creation Experience in other Salesforce integration mechanisms such as Canvass API, Replication API, Web MashupsSalary Information
