Job Description

Wells Fargo is hiring an inititiavies leader that will work with the WF Equipment Management business and technology teams to support the large integration and growth programs for the 50+ applications across the enterprise.

The selected candidate will facilitate all activites support the programs including requirements, design, application testing, system documentation, functional system design, liaison to the business, audit/regulatory requests, safety and soundness, risk mitigation, financial budgeting and communication activities. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, organization, attention to detail, and and ability to work with multiple, matrixed teams to determine technical efforts, schedules and help to remove obstacles or ambiguities leading up to and throught the project life cycle.

This position requires a high degree of diplomacy and the ability to work with a variety of personalities, lines of business and competing priorities. Excellent communication skills are a must, as finding solutions and documenting may require heavy interaction with technology and business partners. Other duties may include assisting application teams through the processes to address production issues, scheduling fixes, change requests, and validations. May also include some financial planning, budget tracking and STAMP administration.



Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
  • 5+ years of experience leading the requirement design process with both technical and business partners
  • 5 + years of technology management experience
  • 1+ year of SharePoint experience
  • 1 + year of technology management experience supporting integration activities
  • 5+ years of financial services industry experience

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills



Other Desired Qualifications
  • 10+ years experience in business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both to include Forecasting/Budgeting,
  • Ability to manage and understand the technical and business requirements and how they interact/impact one another.
  • Proven ability to establish, lead and maintain strong working relationships with technical and business teams.
  • Self starter, independent worker, initiate tasks without day to day direction
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, demonstrated ability to track project status and provide updates
  • Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Office suite
