Enterprise Information Securitys (EIS) vision is to provide Wells Fargo world leading cyber security risk management. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargos infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS):

This position will be a member of the Enterprise Access Management (EAM) leadership team and will interact with leaders across Enterprise Information Security (EIS), Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) as well as Wells Fargo lines of business (LOB). The position is accountable for oversight of the Identity Access Management (IAM) toolset with the purpose of instituting the access controls consistently and effectively. Key to accomplishing this will be the involvement in the end-to-end lifecycle management, collaborating with the respective teams to ensure the controls go from concept to operational as intended.

Immediate responsibilities include assuming responsibility for existing commitments and delivery plans for IAM toolset in addition to expanding them in support of changes occurring across the IAM organization.

Key Functions:

  • Rationalizing the inventory of IAM related tools with EAM Strategy and Enterprise Risk Management Technology (ERMT).
  • Working with Risk and Policy Management to schedule the deployment of access controls in the IAM toolset
  • Sponsorship of the access control design and development in the IAM toolset, and resolving related issues.
  • Production deployment oversight and coordination for the IAM toolset with ERMT
  • Gain operational efficiencies through process automation
  • Certification that the EAM operations and peer EIS teams accept the change and the controls are in effect.


Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of technology infrastructure experience
  • 7+ years of management experience in technology
  • 3 + years of technology infrastructure management experience
  • 1+ year of IAM (Identity and Access Management) experience
  • 3+ years of application production support experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure product and service control management; policies and standards, business readiness, exceptions management or alignment to the enterprise compliance and risk management accountabilities



Desired Qualifications

  • Experience managing multiple or large technology infrastructure components
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams
  • Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
  • Meeting facilitation experience in leading discussions that result in consensus and commitment
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies, opportunities to streamline business processes, and implement change
  • Ability to evaluate impacts based on changes in laws/regulations and develop company response
  • Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives
  • 3+ years of information security experience



Other Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge and understanding of Information Security consulting in the financial services industry
