responsibilities:
  • Work on Help Desk tickets within established guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment that our customers use on the daily basis to get there job done, respond to system outages.
  • Manage and maintain corporate infrastructure
  • Manage information technology and computer systems
  • Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
  • Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products.
  • Manages the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies at the district level.
  • Ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly.
  • Ensure security of data, assets and network access and backup systems for legal purposes.
  • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
  • Identify problematic areas within the office and implement strategic solutions in time
  • Audit systems and assess their outcomes
  • Develop training materials and procedures, and/or train users in the proper use of hardware and software
 
qualifications:
  • Preservation of assets, information security and control structures
  • Oversees all telephone changes, including routing for seating assignments
  • Build and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products.
  • Manage the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies at the regional level.
  • Ensure that company assets are maintained responsibly.
  • Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person
  • provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems
