Position Overview:

We are adding a technical support engineer in the Qwiklabs team which is part of the Google cloud group. Training and enablement is critical in a consumption-based world, and Qwiklabs' mission is to provide scalable training tools for every cloud user, across all skill sets and job functions. In this role you will be partnering with the Qwiklabs's engineering team to provide technical support to wide range of internal and external customers.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

(1) Manage technical relationships with a select client portfolio.

(2) Be responsible for end-to-end implementations and escalations handled by other Google teams for named accounts.

(3) Collect requirements, provide guidance and best practices in using Qwiklabs.

Required Qualifications:

- BA in Computer Science or related discipline

- Customer-facing experience in sales, sales engineering, consulting or related function.

- 2-3 years experience providing technical support for end users

- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have Qualifications:

- Background in cloud software engineering.
