Your Role and Responsibilities
Job Description
This role specializes in performing and enabling technical support for IBM Digital Business Automation. Successful candidates will: provide technical support assistance to customers using problem determination / problem source identification skills utilize technical and negotiation skills in collaboration with the Development and other support organizations. Recommend and implement improvements to existing technical support tools, procedures, and processes contribute to department goals and attainment of organizational objectives through high customer satisfaction.



Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Job Requirements

Strong positive customer service attitude with sensitivity to regional differences;

Must be a self-starter, quick learner, and enjoy working in a challenging, fast paced environment;

Responsibilities include problem recreation, diagnosing datalog/traces, troubleshooting and debugging complex computer systems to determine a course of action and recommend solutions.

Technical Skills Required

Proficient in Linux administration and at least one of scritps, including bash, Python, etc.

Good at Java language, hands-on experience with application server i.e. WebSphere is a PLUS.

Familiar with Docker and Kubernates is a PLUS.
