Responsibilities:



  • Responds to requests via ticket system within SLA
  • Receives inbound calls, messages, and incident ticket for mobile device and technical support
  • Processes new hire provisioning
  • Processes off boarding requests
  • Manages devices upgrades
  • Responsible for account audits
  • Facilitates device upgrades
  • Process used equipment for recycling or reuse
  • Manage new and used inventory
  • Partner with other support teams to provide a world class customer experience
  • Create and maintain knowledge articles and customer training guides
  • Work projects and special requests
  • Manage customer escalations
  • Self starter, positive attitude, team player


Required Experience:



  • 4+ years technical support
  • Mobile Device Management
  • Ticket System/ITSM
  • Remote User support


Preferred experience:



  • Extensive iOS
  • Mobile Device Management
  • 6 years technical support
  • Softphone support
  • Project work
  • Process Improvement/Development
  • Knowledge documentation
