Randstad is seeking a customer service oriented professional to support internal technical issues within a large enterprise client in Center City, Philadelphia, PA 19103.


This person will sit onsite assisting internal employees with their technical problems on a face-to-face level. Assisting up to 20 customers per day with laptop issues, connection problems, mobile devices, tablets, user access, etc.


Requirements:



  • Customer service background (preferably face to face)
  • Troubleshooting experience
  • 1 year of help desk experience
  • Active directory experience
  • Experience with mobile devices, laptops, tablets, etc.
