The Technical Analyst primary function is to provide monitoring, alerts, and incident management for all in/out bound data. In this role, the Analyst is responsible for the proper functioning of the technical systems which include MoveIT and ConnectDirect for transmissions, mainframe batch transmissions, and all supported applications, including the assurance that the expected results from application processing are being achieved. The Analyst will provide proactive management of the web application and the database infrastructure to provide the required reliability, stability and performance for the applications. The analyst will be responsibility for tracking and closing remedy request and communicating effectively with other team members.


Competencies:


Experience in an enterprise environment, understanding of Excel, web applications and basebases.


Strong s administration background in file transmissions area.


Must be able to assist to troubleshoot all network connectivity to other servers.


Ability to interface with end users in a professional, courteous and issue resolution manner


Ability to effectively use standard IT support tools to include Remedy call tracking and remote desktop interface.


Responsibilities:


Evaluate system input/output processes, and working parameters for error free product processing by vendors.


Analyze all aspects of the existing infrastructure and recommends modifications that will enhance system reliability, availability, and serviceability


Work with teammates, clients and other teams to identify and address ICO systems problems


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


1. 2+ years of technology experience


2. Fluent in Spanish


3. Strong communication skills.


4. Strong problem Solving skills


5. Good organizational skills.


6. Strong analytical skills


7. Strong PC skills - Windows , MS Office Suite, Visio


8. 4 year College degree preferred, or equivalent work experience


9. Prefer ITIL and Lean Certified
