Job Description
  • Work with employees to help in the scheduling of videoconferences
  • Ensure daily videoconferencing calendar is populated with scheduled calls for the following day and that specific meeting details and technician assignments are made to each videconference reservation
  • Remedy Ticketing Experience preferred
  • Will work to keep track of endpoints within our master database
  • Experience working within a production environment, preferably conferencing support
  • Must work well individually and with a team, manage time efficiently
  • Foresee problematic situations and work to minimize impact
  • Communicate well with technical support team to communicate meeting requirments and customer requests


Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of technical service support experience
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • 3+ years of technical service help desk experience
  • 3+ years of real-time help desk customer support experience
  • 2+ years of MS Outlook support experience, including handling scheduling or booking issues



Desired Qualifications

  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively listen and elicit information



Other Desired Qualifications
  • 3+ years strong Microsoft Office application experience (MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work with customers in friendly manner to help address questions and solve issues
  • Ability to plan effectively, provide detailed technician instructions, and head off potential issues that affect meeting production
  • Ability to update database with new or decommissioned equipment
  • Ability to provide solutions for special user requests
  • Be open to occasionally working after hours to meet production requirements
  • Provide training to users in scheduling process
