Serves as an interface between the developers and the Project Manager. Serves as an interface between IT and the business. Coordinates the cross-functional team activities. Ensures that quality service is delivered on a timely basis. Maintains strong customer relationships. Assists in the deployment of new applications to the organization and to the support unit. Assists the Service Introduction Lead in evaluating the impact of new applications on the support organization. Assists with delivery of new applications to the organization. Reviews all implemented changes to make sure they have met their objectives. Participates in and monitor the definition and planning of new technology projects or initiatives to implement new services or to redefine the existing ones to improve level of technology infrastructure within the Service Delivery unit.


Reviews and manages all changes to the requirements through a formally defined scope change process. Coordinates and monitors the work of all technology teams supporting the Service Delivery unit infrastructure. Insures that project delivery meets business and technical objectives. Undergraduate degree required in business, math, computer science, engineering, or related discipline with an information technology focus.


Minimum of 10 years experience in information technology project management or service delivery across diverse application areas and technologies.


Technical Lead/Deployment Lead - Work with the architects (solution/data/security) and the service introduction lead to define deployment and support requirements. - Support PM in definition of work plan, schedule, budget, and required personnel for deployment. - Work with the test lead to monitor and evaluate the deployment test results. - Plan and evaluate simulations and pilots. - Ensure adherence of deployment activities to all quality management plans and standards. - Participate in quality management reviews. - Assess solution and training readiness for infrastructure deployment. - Manage cross release, cross unit ownership of deployment issues and interdependencies. - Serve as coordinator for all technical activities while acting as interface between IT Application and Infrastructure Support Teams and Project Manager. - Serve as a technical interface between IT and the business. - Coordinate cross-functional technical activities. - Ensure that quality service is delivered on a timely basis. - Lead or assist in the solution deployment , ensuring adherence to IT Service Management Human Performance requirements, and placing priority on quality and safety Assist the Service Introduction Lead in evaluating the solution impact on the support organizations. - Review all implemented changes to make sure they have met their objectives. - Develop/update technical documentation in collaboration with Solution Architects, analysts and developers.
