Technical Project Manager: Our client is seeking a Technical Project Manager & Scrum Master to join their Technology & Products' Security Team. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project management and demonstrating ownership of the entire process from start to finish. The position requires working with development teams utilizing Agile processes and connecting that work to various other teams and stakeholders.

Scope of Work: Focused on Agile for ServiceNow and development work. Looking for a strong Technical PM with strong agile skills who can train the team on Agile (Scrum Master) and also be a PM.


  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field-or equivalent work experience
  • Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills conducive to team development; able to work well in cross-functional teams
  • Experienced Scrum Master who will exhibit agile leadership and a deep understanding of what it means to conduct oneself as a leader

Specific Project Stage/System Being Supported: Development/Implementation stage. TPM to work with development teams to deliver and adhere to plans and schedules, identify delivery risks, and obtain/drive mitigation strategies and solutions.

Key Deliverables:

  • Plan and develop work plan for client tools
  • Responsible for managing one or more development program(s) consisting of multiple projects
  • 7 to 10 years Project Management experience in an Agile environment
  • Coach individuals in Agile processes and tools
  • Provide status reporting on project key performance indicators (KPIs), schedule, resources, and milestone delivery
  • Develops the program strategy, supporting business case and various high-level project plans
  • Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the business
  • Responsible for enacting Scrum values and practices, ensuring the correct use of Scrum process
  • Communicates with team leadership, business leadership, and security leadership to inform program strategy, direction, and changes
  • Responsible for delivering all projects contained in the team portfolio on time, within budget, and meeting the strategic and business requirements
  • Partners with senior leadership of the security team to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing development to achieve the goals of the organization
  • Establish milestones and monitor adherence to plans and schedules, identify delivery risks, and obtain/drive mitigation strategies and solutions
  • Coordinate across multiple engineering/development teams as needed
