Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our new process automation team. If you are looking for an opportunity to join a team of brilliant engineers this is your chance. This role will assist the best and the brightest in ongoing agile projects including task and process automation, configuration management engineering, and enterprise endpoint project work focused on safety and soundness.

Directs and monitors activities for medium-sized, low to medium risk technology-based projects, or pieces of larger projects, from initiation to delivery. Projects may cross platforms, applications, and/or business lines. Works with business partners to develop technology concepts, requirements, design alternatives, project schedules, and costs for new systems initiatives. Participates in planning and directing program schedules and budgets, monitoring project status in comparison to cost/time projections. Provides consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, and ongoing cost analyses, significant issue tracking, and communication at the team level. May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiency.

Work may be done under the direction of more senior technical project managers.



Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of technology project management experience
  • 1+ year of Agile experience
  • 1 + year of experience as a scrum master



Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Scrum Master certification



Other Desired Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of agile framework and scrum.
  • Ability to quickly understand deeply technical project components.
  • Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously and ability to manage and prioritize work in order to meet all deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication including experience effectively communicating with Mid to Sr level EIT and Business Partner Mgmt on project status and issues as well as process/procedure changes.
  • Proven experience with project planning/scheduling/documentation.
  • Relationship Mgmt experience and guiding teams through technical or procedural changes.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Ability to independently consolidate and coordinate large amounts of data with minimal errors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Project.
