Randstad Technologies' Dallas based client is seeking a seasoned Technology Delivery Lead with 12+ years of experience in leading enterprise level technology implementations, from inception through operational support. This client facing role will augment their Client Services capability by acting as the single point of contact for technology related questions, challenges and issues that span across product capabilities, automated/regression testing, change management processes, offer creation/execution and monitoring of system performance and contractual SLAs.

As a leader within the technology organization, the candidate will oversee strategic initiatives as well as day-to-day activities for one of our largest clients and will be supported by the existing, cross functional team. This role requires the candidate to quickly gain subject matter expertise status on our core product capabilities and processes while also mastering the intricacies of client specific integration and usage in a high volume, dynamic and global deployment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Meet with external clients to review account performance, review monthly SLA metrics, resolve delivery issues and plan future phases of work.

- Provide guidance to client service team on technical capabilities, staffing, solutions and infrastructure needs. Proactively identify and address project risks.

- Works with client teams as a product consultant.

- Provides technical leadership in the organization.

- Provide direction to the technology implementation and support teams on client priorities and project timelines for builds, and manage engagements. Engagements may include several client solutions or a single large project within an overall enterprise class solution.

- Interacts with project managers, client marketing teams, client services, technology, and users to define application requirements and/or necessary modifications.

- Research and propose cost effective technical solutions to address business challenges such as improvements to development, processes and governance standards.

- Lead team through issue resolution process when issues arise. Offer creative solutions to minimize risk and mitigate reoccurrence.

- Possible travel (Local).

Required knowledge & Skills

- 12+ years' experience with software implementation from requirement through discovery/definition, design, development, client acceptance, launch and ongoing support management.

- Ability to apply innovative approaches to solving complex technical issues.

- Strong client interfacing background required.

- Excellent knowledge of software development, quality assurance, and other coding analysis procedures.

- Experience with secure programming standards, including DAST, SAST, and code inspection.

- Able to communicate effectively with direct manager and upper management, and synthesize relevant information on key milestones, success criteria, and risks.

- Able to lead team without direct supervision.

- Able to interact with customers, coach analysts and developers, and influence peers and management.

- Able to learn quickly and rapidly establish expertise with the company standard and client-specific solution.

Technical Requirements

- Past experience in managing an application development team focused on .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, C#, PL/SQL, SOAP, REST, Web API, WFC, is strongly desired, as well as, being involved in GUI design.

- Loyalty and CRM experience with in-depth understanding of Database Technologies.

- Knowledge and understanding of the Big Data ecosystem, i.e. Hadoop, Kafka, etc.


- Significant leadership experience required


BS in Computer Science or related discipline

MS or MBA a plus
