The Customer Support Representative will report to the COO


Job Responsibilities:



  • Support the on-boarding process for US customers
  • Respond to emails from US customers
  • Create template email responses in collaboration with the COO and Chief Compliance Officer
  • Support office management in collaboration with CFO
  • Required Skills and Experience Requirements
  • Native in English writing and speaking
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Excel

Experience in any of the following industries: Financial Front Office, Online Payments, Blockchain, Consumer Lending
