Our client needs a REMOTE Technical Customer Support resource to join their team for a 6 month contract.

This person will be working with development teams within the client. They will be helping them get started, troubleshooting, and documentation. Need to have experience in supporting customers, and must know how to read Ruby. A Ruby testing background would be ideal. Might be an opportunity for Ruby development too. Experience with Linux is also required, not as a sys admin, but just as an end user. Basic networking knowledge is also needed for this role. A CS class would suffice for this. Knowledge of SSH commands in Linux required.

2+ years of experience required. Need good analytical skills.

6 months to start, but might extend or convert to permanent.
