This Business Systems Consultant 4 role is part of the Trust System Technology Portal Applications Team which supports the Trust external facing applications. (Trust Portfolio Reporting, Retirement Plan Payments and Trust Information Delivery all hosted through the Commercial Electronic Office CEO). This role is responsible for requirements and coordination of changes made to these applications as well assist in the support of the applications. Due to the applications being external facing, the items that need to be triaged are often needed quickly.

The main function of this Technical Business Analyst role is to help manage the overall development for the applications. This person will also be responsible for working with several lines of business in order to gather and document requirements for projects, as well as any other future needs for these high-risk applications. They will also be a liaison between the lines of business, the Quality Assurance Center of Excellence and development to ensure requirements and proper documentation are in place for all changes that are made to the applications.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
