  • Drives efficiencies in TC-ticket flow management between LOB
  • Facilitates EPM checkpoints for high severity tickets throughout TOG
  • Manages communications for TC on call volume impact
  • Maintains need to know information for TC managers and TOG partners.
  • Coordinates responses with TOG partners concerning real time incident impact
  • Coordinates Awareness between TOG partners, EACO, and LOB if needed for real-time impact analysis and resolution success
  • Centralize resource needs across TC to manage escalations, and significant events.
  • Standardizes processes across TC Enterprise to drive consistency.
  • Trend in detail areas to improve quality within TC and for our LOBs
  • Ensure select team members incidents are managed through all EPM checkpoints
