Specific areas of responsibility are:

  • Assist lead analyst with efforts to analyze, summarize, and report key metrics findings that improve performance
  • Work directly with lead analyst to gain an understanding of reporting requirements
  • Analyze information & identify improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with providing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports in support of Technical Support teams
  • Assist in maintaining reports and provide enhancements to existing reports



  • Proven proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive and results oriented with the ability to succeed in a highly-matrixed organization
  • Significant experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint required
  • Prior experience with Tableau a plus

  • Prior experience with the development/presentation of dashboards and scorecards a plus

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Highly self-motivated and directed


  • Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred
