Enterprise Information Security; Corporate Risk

Enterprise Information Securitys (EIS) vision is to provide Wells Fargo world leading cyber security risk management. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargos infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.

Technology Relationship Manager 2

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Technology Relationship Manager in our Enterprise Information Security (EIS) organization. The person selected for this position will work with our team of Information Security Leads (ISL) who provide information and cyber security expertise and proactive risk-based solutions to all major Wells Fargo lines of business (LOBs). In this role, the selected individual will also interact with EIS leaders, Information Security Oversight Managers (ISOMs), and other information security, risk and technology team members. Responsibilities may include partnering with EIS Reporting in providing feedback monthly on risk point of views by LOB for enterprise, prepare and facilitate meetings with the Cyber Security Council, manage multiple short stint information security projects interacting with multiple teams in EIS, gather requirements for the LOB/Enterprise dashboard, assist in operational reports that include but not limited to team accomplishments and more.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be task oriented with exceptionally strong execution skills;
  • Have proven track record of successfully executing on commitments;
  • Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills to summarize and concisely articulate activities in the ISL space;
  • Exhibit strong relationship management skills;
  • Have experience effectively facilitating and leading meetings;
  • Be able to indirectly influence across the organization.

This position is located in Charlotte.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technology delivery and relationship management experience with a client organization
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • 3+ years of information security experience
  • 3+ years of information technology experience
  • 2+ years of budget management experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Relationship management experience delivering technology services between one or more internal technology organizations and medium-sized internal lines of business
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Ability to facilitate and lead meetings to reach conclusions, identify tasks, record actions, and achieve results
  • Knowledge and understanding of implementation coordination and management of: resources, tasks and budgets
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
  • Ability to prepare and present senior level communications
  • Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications
  • Experience supporting senior level leaders/executives
  • Vendor management experience
  • Risk management experience

Other Desired Qualifications
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and successfully work on several unrelated projects at the same time
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills, including the ability to negotiate with numerous parties and reach agreeable solutions.
  • Prior success in working and communicating with various levels management and leadership.
