Enterprise Information Securitys (EIS) vision is to provide Wells Fargo world leading cyber security risk management. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargos infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.

Job Description:

The EIS Proxy Engineering team Technology Relationship Manager will work on project work and any net-new baseline work for the team from implementing new solutions and security features. The roles main focus is with hundreds of Line of Business application teams for the Enterprise both coordinating pre-implementation testing and for post-implementation support. Reviewing, creating audit artifacts, and tracking of applications is required, along with coordination with other teams in EIS.

General areas of responsibilities include:

Responsible for facilitating the relationship between the technology organization and client by managing and supporting the delivery of technology products and services. Client is typically either a small Wells Fargo business unit or internal to the Technology organization. Acts as the single point of contact for the client and the appropriate technical groups from solution planning to sizing/estimating to fulfillment. Influences technology selection by gathering and reviewing customer information, working with technology teams to determine if standard solution will work or if custom solution is necessary, and recommending the best option to the customer, including providing guidance on leveraging new technology. Requests sizing estimates and reviews for reasonableness. Ensures service quality and cost-effectiveness of solutions. Monitors higher profile projects to ensure requests are met on time and within sizing, keeping all parties informed of impacts and changes. Maintains regular contact with management within Technology and the supported client area. Keeps abreast of competitive market environment for innovative business products and services, regulatory/compliance issues, and implications of new implementations.



Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of technology delivery and relationship management experience
  • 3 + years of experience leading multiple workstreams, applications, or deliverables
  • 2+ years of experience creating pivot tables and performing data analysis in Excel
  • 3+ years of process definition and documentation experience
  • 6+ years of information technology experience
  • 5+ years of account or project management experience
  • 2+ years of vendor management experience
  • 2+ years of patch management experience



Desired Qualifications

  • Relationship management experience delivering technology services between one or more internal technology organizations and small to medium-sized internal lines of business
  • Knowledge and understanding of reading and adjusting Visio diagrams
  • Intermediate Microsoft Visio skills
  • Ability to act as a liaison between the technical design staff and business requester to ensure all requirements are met
  • Ability to analyze quantitative or qualitative data
  • Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
  • Ability to facilitate meetings
  • Certified Project Manager (CPM)
