As the leader of Payments, Virtual Solutions and Innovation and Branch Technology (PVSI-BT) Business Service Management, this role will be responsible for the management of services associated with the PVSI-BT Technology platforms, with primary leadership for problem management, change & release management, capacity management, SLA management, application health management, metrics and reporting. In Addition, this role will also be responsible for the Risk Management function for Platform Management.

Key areas of accountability and responsibility include:-

Partner with Enterprise. Change Management to manage changes across PVSI through Change Advisory Board meetings and other mechanisms. Manage Change coordinators Periodic Change Scrutiny and management Solve change and release conflicts Escalated approver for all PVSI changes. Manage ALL releases Timely escalations in partnership with Global Incident Management Teams and Application Support Identify outage patterns, build solutions, Create initiatives to solve real root-cause Follow-through on Preventative Actions to completion Identify SPOF (Single point of failure) and work with partner teams to resolve Capacity Planning Reports Application Health Dashboard and reporting Service and SLA Measurement and management Ensure key metrics for operational reviews are tracked Manage all Risk and Audit related deliverables, including action plans and self-identified issues Oversee the Controlled Self Assessments for Platform Operations

Key responsibilities include problem / incident management, capacity management, change management, with cross functional teams in the context of infrastructure management, services management, middleware management and database management.

In addition this role will also be responsible for the Risk Management function for Platform Management. In this those you will interact with the various levels of Risk Management teams across the firm and coordinate the Risk function for Platform Management.

Responsibilities also include managing a cohesive team leveraging metrics to manage Service Levels supporting all PVSI customers including Community Banking and Wholesale customers. Applications in scope include highly automated & latency sensitive applications including Digital and Mobile Banking, Stores, ATMs, Cards and Deposits, Payments and Treasury Services.

Required Qualifications

12+ years of technology infrastructure experience, non-development technology experience, or a combination of both5+ years of management experience in technology10 + years of experience developing or supporting IT Service Management solutions (e.g. Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management and Configuration Management)10+ years of leadership experience in a production environment3+ years of reporting experience, analytics experience, or a combination of both; or a BS/BA degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis
