The Talent Acquisition Operational Effectiveness Lead (EGS) is responsible for ensuring that the Talent Acquisition teams are operating in an effective, efficient and compliant manner. They will be responsible for driving the application of a high quality recruitment process whilst continuing to safeguard an excellent candidate experience by delivering strategic and tactical initiatives on behalf of International Talent Acquisition. They will be responsible for analyzing, monitoring and disseminating data related to EGS recruiting and selection practices; ensuring that the services are delivered consistently and compliantly by all teams. The role holder will also contribute to and deliver a varied range of initiatives to apply new processes and increase the general skills and capability level of the Talent Acquisition teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivery and Implementation

  • Delivery of ITA initiatives and programs across EGS in partnership with the wider ITA Operations team
  • Leading the implementation of training and ongoing supervision of adherence to Policies and Procedures for ITA EGS through the delivery of training to both recruiters and recruiting managers on their roles, responsibilities and effective data and process management
Operational Effectiveness
  • Leading initiatives for the implementation of oversight and monitoring activities in EGS in relation to process quality, compliance and operational effectiveness
  • Support the embedding of operational knowledge for the onboarding of new ITA Team Members across EGS by owning and administering governance of the consistent application of training on processes, procedures and systems relating to the operation of business procedures for ITA
  • Facilitate discussions regarding outcomes, performance, program changes and other aspects of initiatives across ITA EGS and act as the representative for EGS in the wider Operations and Infrastructure team
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment and selection to include the Internet Applicant Recordkeeping Rule, required postings, self-identification, and outreach efforts for EGS
Operational Efficiency
  • Consult with recruiters and leaders to help identify areas of opportunity and recommend improvements as needed to processes and procedures
  • Interface with all functional areas of HR and the relate COEs across International HR to support the implementation of initiatives and programs such as enhancements to learning modules or modifications to new hire pay practices
  • Interact regularly with HR partners including Talent Acquisition Risk and Compliance partners to ensure consistent alignment of ITA policies and procedures to evolving business requirements
  • Effectively manage time to follow through on multiple projects, commitments and assignments
  • Work with the Internal Audit team to ensure audit and control requirements are met
  • Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed
  • Conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues within EGS TA
