Your Role and Responsibilities

We are a group of experienced recruiters, supporting various business units cross country, working in a global, dynamic & exciting environment.
Our day to day is hectic and challenging, however our work is highly important and valuable to the organization.

A day at the office... (or what will you do?)
- Lead, supervise, evaluate and mentor all members of the recruitment team, including supporting daily challenges and bottlenecks.
- Work closely with business managers and HR to design effective hiring process and strategies to attract best talents.
- Manage & balance team's workload and reassign tasks & resources based on business needs.
- Lead regular team and one on one meetings.
- Constantly educate and motivate the team to posses relevant skills & knowledge to perform high quality recruitment.
- Lead employment branding initiatives.
- Lead Diversity hiring initiatives including educating & increasing awareness across the business and maintaining external partnerships.
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience through the hiring process, as well as new employee experience during the on-boarding process.
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, spotlight days, assessment centers or other events.
- Embrace new technologies and tools.
- Implement global process and guidelines to accommodate local needs and requirements.

Who YOU are?
- A Talent Acquisition Manager with at least 3 years of proven experience.
- BA/MA in business administration, human resources or related field.
- Experience in leading recruitment team in a matrix management environment.
- In-depth knowledge of full recruitment cycle, including sourcing and employer branding techniques.
- Experience in various selection methods and techniques.
- Experience with Recruitment Marketing tools.
- A natural leader, strategic thinker with problem-solving skills.
- Has a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on companys success.
- A strong team player.
- Fluent in English.
**You will have an advantage if you have managerial experience in a global corporation.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
Proven experience as talent acquisition professional; An advantage for TA manager.
Experience in leading recruitment team in a matrix management environment.
In-depth knowledge of full recruitment cycle, including sourcing and employer branding techniques
Understanding of all selection methods and techniques.
Experience with Recruitment Marketing tools
A leader, strategic thinker with problem-solving skills
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on companys success
Team player
BA/MA in business administration, human resources or relevant field
