Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargos more than 70 million global customers.

Wells Fargo Wholesale Technology Platform Management is hiring a Senior PEGA/BPM support professional. This position is part of our Wholesale Platform International Services technology team, which supports a wide array of business domains including Payment Investigations and Reconciliations. This position will be located at our offices in Charlotte, NC.

This individual will utilize his/her experience in supporting BPM systems on a large scale while applying and contributing to enterprise standards, best practices, common components and methodology. He/She will perform in a variety of capacities, such as:

Actively participate in the development of technical support strategies and plans Act as an internal consultant regarding use of tools and process re-engineering to improve delivery, support and governance process execution Provide complex technical expertise for technical issues and initiatives related to large-scale applications, systems, databases and/or other technical products and services Oversee the creation of diagnostic, simulation and other tools to maintain, enhance and/or restore service or data to systems Lead support projects and migrations from development to production, upgrades, installations and/or configurations Identify and drives resolution of complex network, hardware and software issues Develop and negotiates workarounds Initiate longer-term design solutions or projects Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported areas Oversee creation, updates, and testing of the business continuation plan Provide direction or guidance to less experienced staff.

This role requires mentoring and leading other support team members and taking on leadership of various technology initiatives while working within a geographically dispersed team both in the US and India. This individual will also work on call as assigned which may include nights, weekends, and/or holidays, as needed or scheduled as part of on call support coverage.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of systems support analysis experience

Desired Qualifications

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Other Desired Qualifications Experience supporting an enterprise-level environment Ability to interact effectively at varying levels of the business and technical organizations; including management Strong team or technical leadership experience Incident Management experience ITIL Certification RHEL (Redhat Enterprise Linux) basics PEGA certified with specialization in system administration Monitoring tools expertise - Splunk, AppDynamics, ITRS (GENEOS) Apache HTTP server configuration Apache Tomcat 8.5x/9.x configuration Awareness/Context of technical aspects of NDM, F5 Load Balancing, IPv6, CA Siteminder Oracle PL/SQL basics
