PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. Our guiding principles are to start with the customer, move faster, and partner effectively.We are seeking an experienced Systems Support Analyst to join the PVSI TMPS Platform team. As a member of this technology team, you will have the opportunity to work with new technologies such as Elastisearch and Kafka. This position is a Senior-level technical role that will assist with maintenance and support of the production and test infrastructure system for the Wells Fargo Shared Service applications. The position will be working with externally facing applications with large complex Java/Weblogic configuration, web hosting with multiple server tier levels, and application and server level clustering and load balancing. This position will follow corporate policies regarding security, documentation, audit and change control processes. This individual will be part of a team of on and offshore engineers assisting with maintaining the availability and performance of the production and test systems.
The selected candidate will perform the administrative and technical activities required to support distributed applications, infrastructure and services which operates 24 x 7.
The position includes the following tasks or activities (but not limited to): Create or update documentation related to the activity performed (design document, maintenance procedure, troubleshooting document, etc.). Leads and/or performs analysis efforts. Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversees updating and testing of the business continuation plan. Perform various application software installations, configuration changes and configure plug-in software. Monitors system performance and capacity. Communicate changes/upgrades to all customers. Follow change and problem management policies. Provide on-call support after hours and on weekends on a rotational basis. Troubleshoots problems and takes appropriate corrective action and or interacts with the development team, other Technology teams or external vendors in performing complex testing, support and troubleshooting functions. Review and planning with counterparts in US/and International tech-teams of all vulnerability remediation, infrastructure and tech refresh initiatives for safety and soundness. Change and Defect management through Remedy and ALM. Status and Metrics reporting. Research of technical game plans for software and configuration updates in compliance with quarterly middleware patching, monthly OS and regulatory updates. Facilitate planning and strategy meetings for infrastructure initiatives, and host implementation walkthroughs and calls. Identify and assess risk and remediation plans. Coordinate risk remediation with Subject Matter Experts. Monitor and track remediation.Required Qualifications

6+ years of systems support analysis experience6 + years of experience troubleshooting environments across the entire architecture (i.e. applications to infrastructure)5+ years of UNIX experience5+ years of Oracle experience4+ years of Java experience4+ years of MQ Series Messaging experience3+ years of SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Internet security protocol experience
