Job Description

Duties are varied and may include one or more of the following: provides support for highly complex technical issues and initiatives related to large-scale applications, systems, databases and/or other technical products and services; uses/creates diagnostic, simulation and other tools to maintain, troubleshoot and restore service or data to systems; evaluates service level agreement criteria, identifies gaps in current technology process and recommends changes to assure SLAs can be supported; performs migrations from development to production, upgrades, installations and/or configurations; may evaluate or review queries to extract data, create standard databases, or perform limited programming to fine tune systems supported; completes project sizing; updates/writes documentation and procedures and provides related training; troubleshoots network, hardware and software issues and coordinates resolution with users, vendors and internal service groups; writes/designs test scripts; creates change or issue logs; analyzes performance trends and recommends process improvements; assesses changes for risk to production systems and assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported areas; updates, creates and tests the business continuation plan; may coordinate project resources and provide guidance toless experienced analysts.

This position is an individual contributor role that will support multiple functions of Team Member Technologies Personal Computing Governance Program, acting as a lead consultant on initiatives/operational/governance/compliance areas with enterprise implications.

Leading all personal computing areas to compliance along with escalating issues to leadership, as needed, requires cordination and partnership with various business partners, inlcuding release managers, packagers, change coordinators and technical resources.

Individual will play a key role within the Team Member Technologies Personal Computing Governance and First Line of Defense Programs (FLOD) supporting 300,000 plus Workstations. Primary focus is Client Health, responsible for maintaining the health and functioning of the Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) client as well as ensuring its proper support for deployment and installation of both Microsoft and Third-Party security updates. This includes remediation of Microsoft Security Patches, Third Party Security Updates, Windows Update agent and Windows Management instrumentation across the enterprise. Utilize First Line of Defense (FLOD) tools for discovery to understand target state.Accountable for supporting personal computing vulnerabilities and ensuring they are remediated. Individual will provide troubleshooting of patches to ensure all SLA's are met and Wells Fargo remains compliant with all patching vulnerbilites

The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently on various efforts in parallel across the organization to resolve business challenges. Including re-engineer processes, assist with setting strategies and refinement/implementation of governance models. Strong knowledge of SQL and reporting will be preferred so that we can create reports and/or spreadsheets to share with partners and management.

Must be flexible to take on any assignment within the TMT target operating model

Job will require working standard 8 hour shift during the day.



Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of systems support analysis experience
  • 3+ years of experience with patching methodology and configuration
  • 1+ years of experience in an environment with 150,000 or more end users
  • 3 + years of PowerShell scripting experience
  • 2+ years of Remedy experience
  • 5+ years of experience troubleshooting and problem solving with Windows
  • 3+ years of experience with Configuration Manager 2012 (CM12)





Other Desired Qualifications
  • 2 years expeirance with Pac2000- Remedy
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide input on current processes.
  • Strong with Microsoft Office to be able to provide detailed reporting.
  • Ability to provide detailed reporting and status updates to management and our customers.
  • Experience leading of complex projects to successful completion
  • Experience providing training direction and support to lower level analysts
  • On the job experience with CM 12, supporting a large Enterprise evironment with customer facing end users.
  • Experience Microsoft Patches and providing SCCM Client Health across a large Enterprise.
  • Ability to provide detailed reporting and status updates to management and our customers.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide input on current processes.
  • Strong with Microsoft Office to be able to provide detailed reporting
  • Strong Excel spreadsheet skills.
  • Strong SQL Knowledge and ability to run ad-hoc queries.
  • Experience with Enterprise Change Management and familiarity with the change management preferred PAC2000 tool.
  • Knowledge and experience of working within a Workflow tool and managing a queue.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
