The Wells Fargo Consumer Lending Technology Application Platform Management Systems is looking for a highly motivated individual who is eager to learn about Wells Fargo Servicing Technology and passionate about providing support to our line of business and technology partners while working in a fast paced Operations and Production Support (OPS) team.

This position will provide Tier 1 and 2 support within the APMS Servicing Support team for the Servicing-Default and Vendor applications.

Each day in our support organization is different and vary day by day but tasks include: Provides support for basic to complex technical issues and initiatives related to assigned applications, systems, databases and/or other technical products and services; uses diagnostic and other tools to maintain, troubleshoot and restore service or data to systems; evaluates service level agreement criteria and identifies gaps in current technology process; participates in migrations from development to production, upgrades, installations and/or configurations; may write queries to extract data and validates data loads; completes project sizing; updates/writes documentation and procedures and assists with related training; troubleshoots network, hardware and software issues using general guidelines, templates or direction from others; participates in writing test scripts; maintains change or issue logs; analyzes performance trends and recommends process improvements; understands quality, security and compliance requirements for supported areas and reviews changes for risk to production systems; may participate in testing and updating the business continuation plan.

-Production support environment can be fast paced and priorities often shift based on the day.
- Ideal candidate should be able to prioritize their standard work load along with unexpected production issues that need to be addressed urgently and can occur any hour of the day.
- Ideal candidate will be expected to work with various levels of management in technology and the business to clearly communicate incident status as needed.
- Supporting new and existing servicing applications
- Performing and default
- Using PAC 2000 as a system of record

This position can be based at the Wells Fargo site location in Des Moines, IA.This position isNOT ELIGIBLEfor relocation assistance. Prospective candidates should reside in and/or around the target site of or Des Moines, IA. locations or be able to commute to either of these site for employment.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of systems support analysis experience4+ years of application production support experience4+ years of experience working with Relationship Database Management Systems (RDBMS) such as SQL Server, Oracle or MySQL
