The organization is now poised to not only deliver, but successfully optimize our applications technology solutions and continue to mature our broker/author model.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in a role as a Systems Support Analyst. The individual selected for this role must have the following attributes: dependability and punctuality, good communication skills, the ability to work under pressure with various groups and applications and be a strong team player with the ability to work independently.

In this role, you will provide Production Support for complex technical issues and initiatives related to assigned applications, systems, databases and/or other technical products and services, using diagnostic and other tools to maintain, troubleshoot and restore service or data to systems.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Testing patching-level changes in our Production environment during off-hours
  • Joining troubleshooting meetings to test applications on request and reply with findings, using general guidelines, templates or direction from others
  • Evaluating service level agreement criteria and identifies gaps in current technology process
  • Participating in migrations from development to production, upgrades, installations and/or configurations
  • May write queries to extract data and validates data loads
  • Updates/writes documentation and procedures and assists with related training
  • Participates in testing to include writing manual test cases/scripts
  • Maintains change or issue logs
  • Analyzes performance trends and recommends process improvements;
  • Understands quality, security and compliance requirements for supported areas and reviews changes for risk to production systems

Please note: This position is only open to applicants in the San Francisco Bay area. This position is not eligible for relocation assistance, therefore, you must reside in or around the target location or be able to relocate at your own expense. The selected team member will be allowed to work remotely but must reside in the San Franciso Bay area that they can easily access the Wells Fargo site located at 333 Market Street, San Francisco, as requested by management.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of systems support analysis experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge and understanding of web applications
  • Knowledge and understanding of PAC2000
  • Knowledge and understanding of issues or change management processes
  • Knowledge and understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) testing
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, and expected results
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology production support: in a highly critical environment

Other Desired Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree in Computer Science and/or related discipline
  • Knowledge and understanding of HP Application Lifecyle Management (HP ALM), HPE Unified Testing (UFT) software, formerly known as QuickTest Professional (QTP)
  • Ability to perform multiple validations using Host Files to execute test cases manually via different browsers in offline data centers
  • Experience with host file usage and working in multi-data center environments
  • Ability to perform Mobile testing
  • Perform simple to moderately complex test data conditioning, regression testing and testing validation.
  • Familiarity of IT Service Management tool
  • Understand IT infrastructure and networking basic concepts (host files, servers structure)
  • MySQL DB knowledge
