The Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) technology team is responsible for technology strategy, development and support of the technology portfolio supporting critical Asset Management, Configuration Management, Vulnerability Management, SDLC, and IT Service Management (ITSM) enterprise operations.

This position is responsible for Level 1 support of the Enterprise Toolchains, consisting of 10 Tier 2 vendor applications (GitHub, Subversion, Jenkins, Black Duck, Urbancode Build, Artifactory, Urbancode Deploy, Team Foundation Server/Build/Release Management) and 10,000 associated agents.

This analyst is going to provide Level 1 support for automated build and release toolchains, to end user community, consisting of application development teams, build and release engineers and technology managers. Support responsibilities include trouble-shooting highly complex issues and resolving problems with available tools while maintaining professional contact with end users. Responsible for engaging vendor support where appropriate, communicating processes and best practices, establishing appropriate access to data/vendor products, maintaining and updating user documentation and testing for tool during upgrade and enhancements.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of systems support analysis experience

  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives

  • Customer relationship management experience
  • Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills

Other Desired Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
  • Knowledge of product lifecycles/roadmaps
  • Experience identifying and remediating vulnerabilities
  • Knowledge of patches / upgrades, providing vulnerability remediation solutions.
  • Knowledge of testing solutions and the overall management of their products.
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot moderate to complex technical issues with software products.
  • Previous experience working in globalized production support environment preferred.

Job Expectations

  • Ability to work on call as assigned
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
