Job Description

Wells Fargo is looking for a Systems QA Analyst to join our UAM/Administration team. This position is part of our ESQA Group and is located in San Francisco, CA.
The selected candidate should apply advanced knowledge in designing, writing and executing complex test plans and test cases using industry best practices for testing methodology. Perform software functional testing to ensure the product meets system specifications on assigned projects with a complex level of difficulty independently. Perform software Regression Test to ensure that no defects are introduced from changes made during and between design cycles. Participate and provide feedback in Requirements and Design Review to ensure product testability. Lead small projects, attend group meetings and working sessions. Serve as a leader/coordinator for assigned testing activities on a project. Work with multiple SORs and mainframe for end to end testing. Document business process flow from beginning to end, creates Test Plans, test scripts and follows defects resolution using ALM. Resolve critical situations that require testing or defect research as required. Run scripts using UFT and Selenium webdriver automation tools and analyze results. Attends meetings, effectively communicate status, issues, and concerns with QA Manager and/or team members. Works close with offshore team. Take ownership of all assigned tasks and project related assignments. Ensure that assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner. Act as a resource and mentor for less experience QA team members.



Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of information technology quality assurance and systems/application testing experience
  • 5+ years of testing or quality assurance experience
  • 5+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
  • 3+ years of experience testing end user applications and technology products
  • 3+ years of HP ALM experience
  • 1 + years of experience leading multiple workstreams, applications, or deliverables
  • 2 + years of automation or regression testing experience



Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge and understanding of creating test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, and expected results
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Test planning and executing experience in systems such as: Test Tool, Quality Center, or ClearQuest
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: coordinate and perform UAT/production testing
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: strategies, test plans, test cases ,and test scripts development
  • Knowledge and understanding of Selenium software testing framework
  • Experience leading, training, and providing feedback to staff and corresponding managers
  • Ability to train and lead others
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology middleware: testing
  • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • A BS/BA degree or higher



Other Desired Qualifications
  • Strong familiarity with Wells Fargo Enrollment Applications (UAM, Administration, EPBOS); knowledge of WICE is a plus.
  • Experience with C4A testing (using Fiddler and browsers Developer tools) and RQA testing.
  • Ability to work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), business and developers to understand application functionalities and processes.
  • Experience working with offshore team.
