This role must sit onsite at the following address: 600 S 4th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55415

This team is responsible for providing manual testing for the enrollment application (WICE) which is used by banking team members to set up corporate customers with banking products. We test the tool from intake to output to the end user.

The System QA Analyst will be responsible for working as part of the ESQA Wholesale team specifically focusing on these initiatives for the WICE application. This role will focus on independent work, prioritize the work for other team members and will help with reporting:

- Creates, prepares, and implements systems quality assurance reviews for numerous applications.

- Responsible for primary development of testing strategies.

- Interacts with business and dev partners, providing advice and direction.

- Uses independent judgement to perform complex analysis of business requirements and technical system specifications.

- Leads and prioritizes testing activities for projects involving offshore and onshore teams.

- Creates and executes test plans and scripts to facilitate complex testing activities.

- Provides specific technical guidance on defects to developers.

- Logs, tracks, and verifies resolution of software and specification defects.

- Documents all phases of the System QA process using various test artifacts.

- Provides guidance to less experienced analysts.

- Prepares status and reports of testing efforts.

- Performs other duties as assigned.

Will be required to work scheduled installs which include occasional night and weekend support.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of information technology quality assurance and systems/application testing experience
  • 3+ years of experience testing end user applications and technology products
  • 3+ years of HP ALM experience
  • 2+ years of Agile experience
  • 1 + years of experience leading multiple workstreams, applications, or deliverables

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge and understanding of creating test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, and expected results
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Test planning and executing experience in systems such as: Test Tool, Quality Center, or ClearQuest
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: coordinate and perform UAT/production testing
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: strategies, test plans, test cases ,and test scripts development
  • Knowledge and understanding of Selenium software testing framework
  • Experience leading, training, and providing feedback to staff and corresponding managers
  • Ability to train and lead others
  • Experience facilitating and delivering training or other related facilitation experience such as group meetings or presentations
  • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
  • A BS/BA degree or higher

Other Desired Qualifications

-Demonstrates consistent ability to thoroughly and accurately test projects in a timely manner with accurate results, verified by due date and install date.
- Familiarity with Wells Fargo Enrollment Applications (WICE, AES, UAM, BLAST and TMOLF)
- Familiarity with Hogan and Treasury Management Products.
- Exposure to Wells Fargo CEO Portal application.
- Thorough understanding of QA methodologies.
- Ability to work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and developers to understand application functionalities and processes.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with a team or independently.
- Exposure to test automation or execution of automated test scripts.
- Demonstrated experience in automation life cycle from identifying the need for automation to successful implementation of automated testing
- Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: test planning and executing in systems such as ALM.
- Knowledge and understanding of Agile Testing Methodology.
